Cancellation Policy

Please note your event is not secure until you have paid the Non-Refundable Deposit. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the event date. Credit card payments will have a $10.00 service charge if paid on the day of the event. Personal checks will not be accepted. Rescheduling within 48 hours will be processed as a cancellation and will result in a forfeited deposit. Please also note that your appointment includes extra time for setup and pack-up but we ask that you allow a 30 minute grace period for circumstances that are outside of our control.
